This is the demo / staging site. Forms run demo webhooks end-to-end. CondoQuest email is wired to the 10 inactive Brevo drafts (templates 554–563): submitting the form builds the real send and does not email anyone. Live GHL and production n8n stay disconnected until Claire and Morris say to connect them.
First open may take 20–30 seconds (Render free cold start). Wait once, then refresh.
1. Smoke the pipeline (30 seconds)
- Open /ops/integrations/
- Click Run demo smoke test (all channels)
- Confirm every channel shows

3. What “pass” looks like
- Each form returns a message that the demo webhook executed
- No live CRM contact is created (by design on staging)
- Verified rate / P&I on Rate Assessment stay blank until live GHL quote path is connected
4. Production workflows Claire named (not connected)
- Manual flyers CA / FL — these are the Add Manual Flyer Reply forms. Staging does not submit them.
- Friday Loansifter ratesheet — ops pipeline with Morris approval. Staging does not run it.
- Website forms on this demo site still use demo webhooks until a safe staging URL is approved.
